Secretaries, treasurers, bookkeepers and administrative assistants know that it takes a lot of work behind the scenes to keep a ministry functioning successfully.

DM logo catWe heed Jesus’ words to His followers to “make disciples.” Starting with toddlers and continuing through the adult years, our ministries work to develop mature followers of Christ. Our focus is training and education in fun settings of fellowship with youth and kids' camps, School of Ministry, Royal Rangers, days of training and more.

Kid Min logo FINAL 300x300Discipleship Ministries seeks to resource and encourage those who inspire kids to learn more about Jesus. The local church provides such opportunities as Royal Rangers and Girls’ Mpact clubs, as well as Sunday School and Kids Church. These ministries are intended to partner with parents who are the best teachers and role models for their children at home. Together we can make sure our kids grow up loving and serving Jesus. Discipleship Ministries connects you with the resources you need to reach your kids.

Men’s Ministries equips men to walk out their God-given destiny. Christ's mandate in Matthew 28 to “make disciples” is the motivation for building and sustaining vibrant ministries for men in the local church. As someone has said, “Men need the church—but more importantly, the church needs men.” Statistics about the shortage of men in church are alarming, and pastors struggle to answer the tough questions. Partner with us to make an impact on men's lives for the Kingdom.
Evangelizing, Equipping, and Empowering the Next Generation of Christlike Men and Lifelong Servant Leaders
Our Goals as a ministry to senior (over age 60) and retired ministers in the Heartland Conference include:
  • Too identify all retired ministers, spouses, and widows to prevent anyone being overlooked.
  • To minister to and pray for one another.
  • To maintain a complete listing of retired ministers, spouses and widows with names, phone numbers, addresses, and e-mail addresses.
  • To minister, as much as possible, to those who are in the hospital, nursing home for rehab or residence, as well as those needing prayer.
Learning can occur in any size setting, but small groups facilitate discipleship. Our goal is to make fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ. The IPHC offers great curriculum through LifeSprings Resources for learning more about the Lord, and in small groups or Sunday School, you can apply your knowledge as you grow spiritually with friends!
Learning to honor God with our time, talent and treasure makes us more like Christ! And teaching people to do so makes churches more successful in their ministries!
Why do some churches and ministries seem to have the best staff and volunteers around? They know the power of training workers! Develop a culture of life-long learning, so that your leaders get better and better.

womens ministries log 400There is a place for every woman in Women’s Ministries.  We want every woman to find her place in Women’s Ministries. We believe in women – their effectiveness in ministry, their influence in the home, and their power in the workplace. Our desire is to encourage every woman in her journey and provide meaningful opportunities for discipleship.

Girls Logo 12x12 400Our discipleship focus uses the girls club concept with clubs for age groups from preschool through high school. Local churches who choose not to use this curriculum should still implement a ministry to girls. Our goal is to win girls to Jesus Christ, disciple them and make imprints with eternal significance.
The imprint of today’s society on young and vulnerable girls can be devastating. Only God can turn devastation into beautiful testimonies. He uses dedicated women to leave His imprint on every girl He places in the care of Girls’ Ministries.

Student Ministries Logo 300x300 An intense battle is raging for the hearts and minds of America's 33 million teens. Statistics tell us only four percent of this next generation will be Christian when they reach adulthood.
Our purpose is to reach tweens, teens and young adults with the love and life-changing truth of the Gospel. We create resources, host events and partner with youth leaders to provide cutting-edge ministry tools to reach today's teens. Our prayer is that every IPHC teen be on fire for God and relentlessly pursue His will in their lives.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can impact hundreds of teens across Oklahoma and North Texas. Join us today as we raise a new generation of leaders!
Vision

Key Word : SOULS

Key Verse : Mark 16:15  “…Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.”

Mission: To challenge and equip Heartland pastors and churches to develop a plan for reaching the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through local church evangelism, planting new churches as well as involvement in World Missions Ministries.

The Heartland Conference is blessed with full-time evangelists! Any of these ministers will bless your church and bring a fresh move of the Holy Spirit!

World Missions Ministries logoJesus commanded us to go into all the world to preach and make disciples of all nations. From its beginnings, the IPHC has made missions a priority, and our church now numbers more overseas than it does in the United States! Our members and churches spread the gospel by supporting missionaries, sponsoring children and funding projects.

go logoMoments before He ascended to heaven, Jesus commanded the church to “GO!” and make disciples of all nations. When you give to the annual IPHC Global Outreach (GO) Offering, your money turns into ministry on the mission field–both in the United States and around the world. We challenge every IPHC member to give at least a “day’s wage” of $124 to the GO Offering, as the average day’s wage of a worker in America can make a tremendous impact overseas. Your generous donation helps share the Good News with those who need it most! 75% of the Global Outreach Offering is given to World Missions Ministries for ministry projects led by missionaries and national workers, churches, outreaches, developing new works, and promotion. The remaining 25% of the Global Outreach Offering is used by Evangelism USA to plant and develop churches in America. 100% of your donation is used to make a difference!

Missionaries from the Heartland Conference are reaching the world! Consider supporting our missionaries with prayer and giving!

The call of God to be a minister is a treasure in an earthern vessel (2 Corinthians 4:7). Christ gave the gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher to His church, and we celebrate your unique giftings and role.

In the Heartland, we devote much of our ministry to ministers. We want to help you reach your full potential, so we partner with you in lasting friendships, spiritual refueling, ongoing education, and understanding the challenges that only a fellow minister can understand.

Christ urged us to pray for laborers to be sent into the harvest, so we are always looking for new ministers! If you feel the call of God on your life, let us walk with you on the path to receiving your credentials. We offer three levels of credentials — Local Church Ministers License, Minister’s License, and Ordination. We want to be your ministry family!

What is iWIN?

The italic 'i' stands for IPHC which is leaning on prayer, World Intercession Network. This indicates the dependence of our ministries on prayer. The vision of iWIN is to connect believers to the heart of God through prayer as we intercede for the nations.

When was iWIN organized?

A World Intercession Network committee was established in November of 1982. This charter committee was organized to pray for IPHC missionaries and the ministries of the church. A WIN office was established in Oklahoma City at the Resource Development Center in 1990. In 2006, WIN was changed to iWIN to indicate the vital necessity of prayer for the mission of the IPHC.

What does iWIN do?

The ministry of iWIN promotes prayer through local churches and in cooperation with many national prayer ministries. iWIN is committed to training intercessors and providing resources to generate a fresh enthusiasm for prayer.

Who can participate in iWIN?

Any Christian interested in a lifestyle of committed prayer for God's world is invited to participate. Watch the iWIN website for upcoming prayer initiatives, a monthly prayer focus and other materials to encourage you as you lead your church in prayer or as an individual prayer warrior.
