Jr Fine Arts Entrants must be 8 years old and no older than 12 years old on January 1 of the participating year.  Teen Fine Arts Entrants must be 13 years old and no older than 19 years old on January 1 of the particpating year.

November 7-8, 2026

Heartland Men’s Ministries Invites all men to a Men's Rally at 7:00 pm on Friday November 7th at Compassion OKC located at 6901 NW 150th St in Oklahoma City. Additionally, on Saturday November 8th we will have a workday at Heritage Fellowship located at 329 W Edmond Rd in Edmond. Heartland Camps 2026 

When:

June 8 - 12 - High School Camp (9th Grade - 12th Grade)

June 15 - 19 - Middle School Camp (5th Grade - 8th Grade)

June  22 - 26 - Elementary Camp (K - 4th Grade)

Heartland Retreat Center located at 4910 S Anderson Rd Oklahoma City, OK 73150

Cost:

The Cost for all camps is $150.00 if registered by May 15, 2026.  Registration cost after May 15th is $175.00.  The registration fee includes a t-shirt; however, registrations after May 15th are not guaranteed the requested sizes.  The registration form may be downloaded to print or you may register online.  

Registration Information:

• A $50.00 nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit is due at registration with balance due at check-in

Staff:  

We so appreciate our volunteers and value the time each one gives.  Deadline for staff applications is May 10, 2026.  Staff applications are carefully screened as we do our due deligence to provide a safe camp experience for everyone.  Camp staff positions will be decided by June 1st and applicants will be notified by either email, text, or call of their positions as well as when they need to report. Ministers and Spouses’ Retreat

The Thompson Lodge of Falls Creek Baptist camp (in Davis, OK)

Friday and Saturday, March 25 – 26, 2020
(If at all possible come a day early on Thursday, March 24)

Ministers need time for rest and refreshing. Shepherds need the tender care of the Shepherd to restore their souls to a place of wholeness. Our 8^th Annual Ministers & Spouses’ Retreat is just such a time!

We are on a journey for our churches to become Houses of Prayer for All Nations. As we restore prayer to the position of priority it held in the early church, God will once again display a church of character and power to the world!

To help Heartland churches become Houses of Prayer for All Nations, we have five leaders who are being trained and Certified as Prayer Force coaches: Stuart and Sheri Sherrill, Terry Lowder, Steve Brown, and Dustin Gardner. Any of us leaders would love to work with you and your church in this process.
